Sleep Disturbances

Lea / October 2, 2025

Many women notice changes in their sleep patterns during menopause, such as difficulty falling asleep, waking up frequently at night, or feeling unrested in the morning. Hormonal changes and night sweats are common causes.

Suggestions:

Keeping a regular sleep routine and making your bedroom cool and dark may improve sleep quality.

Relaxation techniques and gentle exercise during the day can be helpful.

If sleep problems persist, it’s a good idea to talk with your healthcare provider about possible solutions.
