WOMEN shouldn't have to become medical experts just to understand what's happening to their own bodies.

Technology can change that.

Sonja Rincón
CEO & Co-Founder of Menotracker

The idea for Menotracker was born out of Sonja’s personal experience. After years in the legal sector, facing gender-based discrimination and a lack of purpose, a wake-up call came when a close friend was told her hot flashes during meetings were “unprofessional.” While researching to support her, Sonja recognised the same overlooked symptoms in herself – and discovered a striking gap in support for women. Her vision became clear: create a platform that translates symptoms into insights, empowers women to advocate for themselves, and makes menopause easier to navigate.

Outside of Menotracker, Sonja finds balance on long Harley-Davidson rides across Europe, often with her French Bulldog–Boston Terrier mix Roxy by her side.

    Dr Peter Greenhouse FRCOG FFSRH

CONSULTANT IN SEXUAL HEALTH & MENOPAUSE SPECIALIST, FORMER HEAD OF SEXUAL HEALTH SERVICES

Dr. Peter Greenhouse trained at Cambridge in both Gynaecology and Sexually Transmitted Infections. He was the first UK consultant to create an integrated sexual health service combining contraception, STI care, and medical gynaecology. After nearly 50 years in clinical practice and leading Bristol’s sexual health services, he now runs an online menopause and hormonal health clinic for UK-based women from his home in France. An international lecturer on women’s sexual health, his focus includes menopause, PMDD, and hormonal interactions with genital infections. He joined the Menotracker Medical Panel because tracking symptoms through the cycle is the most effective way to understand which are hormonally driven — and therefore most responsive to treatment. He believes this empowers women to gain accessible, evidence-based insight into their hormonal health. A past Vice-President of ISIDOG and Honorary Life Fellow of BASHH, he is also an accomplished medical photographer, designer, linguist, humanist, and former comedy performer. Some of his lectures are available on YouTube.
